After 3 years serving outstanding quality coffee to morning commuters at Brighton and Hove train station, we are delighted to announce the opening of our new 70 seat Cafe/Restaurant in Hove. We have taken the same passion we have for coffee and applied it to our food.

Enjoy satisfying breakfasts, and a daily changing lunch menu from our stand out chef Antony Burns. All served in a chilled atmosphere inspired by the cafe scene in Australia and New Zealand.

A perfect espresso is 30ml of water at 93.5°C, forced through 7g of ground coffee at 9 Bar pressure. If the barista has done their job properly the shot will take 28 seconds to pour. If we take this much care with our coffee imagine what our food tastes like.
